Valentine's Day Chocolate Coated Sugar Wafer Cookies

Valentine's day is one of my favorite holidays, I mean who doesn't love pink, red and white, not to mention the Love that fills the air, there is nothing better. It is also a great way to get creative with your treats. You can make these for your kids school parties, hand them out to your friends at work, or just set them out on the counter as a delicious snack.

I will start out by telling you what you will need to make these, then I will give you a step by step as they are super easy to do.

YOU WILL NEED:

Lay out the pink wafers on a piece of parchment paper, then melt the white chocolate.

Dip one end of each cookie into the chocolate and set on the parchment paper to cool

Poor the remainder in a squeeze jar to use as the drizzle once dried

Once they have dried, melt some Pink chocolate and pour into the squeeze jars

Drizzle across the white chocolate that has been cooled enough to harden.

Then add in one or two of the edible hearts, while it is still hot and melted.

Then add on the pink sprinkles and let cool and harden before removing them to a plate.

Then reverse the design by using the white cookies and dipping them in the melted pink chocolate, then set on the parchment paper to cool

Heat up the white chocolate if needed

Then Drizzle the white chocolate onto the pink chocolate

Then Use the Valentines day Heart and sprinkle blend to scatter along the melted drizzle

Grab some clear treat bags and bakers twine in pinks and reds

and once all cooled, you can place them in the bags to give-a-way as treats.

Super easy and tons of fun to make! They are delicious too, my kids ate half the batch before I could even finish making them all.

Comment below if you make these and share the photos, would love to see how they turned out.
